75 minutes of 1:1 or 1:2 coaching in the Olympic Lifts covering any of the following movements:

  • How to miss properly - any lift
  • Snatch - any variation
  • Clean - any variation
  • Jerk - any variation
  • Squat - any variation
  • Deadlift / pull - any variation
  • Overhead Press - any variation

2 lifters can book a single session, however they must work on the same movements and share the same platform.
