Coaching with Open Gym

This membership is perfect for those looking to learn or improve their Olympic Lifting, strength or overall fitness and would like some guidance. You will receive an initial consultation for 30-40 minutes discussing your goals, abilities, training and injury history along with a physical assessment by Coach Broz. He will then write you a bespoke program which is specific to your needs and wants. This membership also includes a group training class every Saturday between 1:30 - 3:00 where Coach Broz will personally help anyone in attendance with any issue they have had during the previous week. This is not specific to the Olympic Lifts, but also any accessory movements that are listed on your specific program or, if you have your own program, he can also guide you on any gym issue. You will not feel abandoned and will be able to discuss any issues or concerns you have each week.
